Ok, so no-one likes to pay for rainwear pics. but with quality like this you should join now. They've made it so easy to pay in a variety of ways and the site is constantly updated. It's obviously run by a real enthusiast. My only quibble is that I cant pay by 'paypal' but the Post Office option certainly appeals. I'm sure that there are many, many of their photos posted over the net but I personally think that for the highest resolution quality photos it's not much to pay.
